The American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) is an association of workers’ compensation insurance companies from 26 different states plus 8 workers’ compensation boards in Canada. Salient CRGT has been involved with AASCIF since 2013 as an event sponsor.
The American Council for Technology (ACT) – Industry Advisory Council (IAC) is a non-profit, public-private partnership dedicated to improving government through the application of information technology. ACT-IAC provides an objective, ethical and trusted forum where government and industry communicate, collaborate and learn.
AFCEA provides a forum for military, government and industry communities to collaborate so that technology and strategy align with the needs of those who serve. AFCEA is a member-based, non-profit international organization that has helped members advance information technology, communications and electronics capabilities since 1946. The association has 31,925 individual members, 127 chapters and 1,594 corporate members.
The Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA) is a non-profit, education association, and one of the leading member-company insurance organizations. It is comprised primarily of volunteers from the insurance industry and supporting businesses and is supported by a small full time staff. IASA offers educational venues to its members in the form of conferences, publications, and seminars in a variety of effective and timely ways. Salient CRGT has been involved with IASA for 15 years, serving on multiple committees, exhibiting, and speaking at events throughout the country.
The goal of the Insurance Technology Association (ITA) is to provide members with opportunities to collaborate, educate, network, share, and use knowledge related to insurance technology. The ITA serves the insurance technology community as a resource and is dedicated to serving this specialized sector of the industry. Publications and educational programs created by the ITA are geared to professionals interested in or charged with evaluating, implementing, and marketing insurance-specific technology systems or services. The Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) is a non-profit, non-partisan, public-private organization that works to promote and recognize the highest standards within the national security and intelligence communities. INSA members include current and former high-ranking intelligence, military and government agency leaders, analysts, and experts from industry and academia. Drawing on the experience and expertise of this membership, the Intelligence and National Security Alliance provides the thought leadership that identifies crucial intelligence topics, completes strategic research and promotes innovative solutions.
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) is America’s leading Defense Industry association promoting National Security. NDIA provides individuals from academia, government, the military services, small businesses, prime contractors, and the international community, the opportunity to network effectively with the government-industry team, keep abreast of the latest in technology developments, and address and influence issues as well as government policies critical to the health of the defense industry and the preservation of our national security.
The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) is the membership and trade association for the technology community in Northern Virginia. As the largest technology council in the nation, NVTC serves about 1,000 companies and organizations, including businesses from all sectors of the technology industry, service providers, universities, foreign embassies, non-profit organizations and government agencies. Through its member companies, NVTC represents about 300,000 employees in the region.
The Professional Services Council (PSC) is the voice of the government technology and professional services industry, representing the full range and diversity of the government services sector. Salient CRGT also supports the Veterans Affairs Task Force (VATF), which serves as the focal point for PSC’s advocacy at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and its component agencies. It is the primary arena for member companies to come together to address matters related to VA contracting and interface with senior VA officials, and provides an opportunity to exchange best practices and discuss the full range of issues related to doing business with the department. The Property Insurance Plans Service Office (PIPSO) is a not for profit corporation, that promotes the efficient and economical operation of the state residual property insurance plans by, among other things, providing education, training, and other services to plans and to insurers to assist them in meeting their responsibilities in the residual market. Salient CRGT has been involved with PIPSO for several years, speaking at their conferences.
